A report reaching Sylvasecure.blogspot.com now from two different reporters are the new ways in which soldiers are extorting cash from motorist.The reporters claimed that on getting to the barrack along Abia state road leading to Rivers state,(not Bori camp in portharcourt) were you see some soilders in both side of the road stationed two pop corn sellers while the soilders stood on the road side both monitoring, while any motorist get close, the pop corn boys will stop them and they must pay one hundred naira or two hundred if you the bus carry load, falure to pay, the boys will signal the soliders and you will be forced to offload and everybody will be search and the load will be searched throughly as you refused to pay thereby wasting your time upto one or two hours which you must not talk or face more punishment.This is a constant thing in that Abia state barrack frontage .
Please we beg Nigeria army welfare to help and boost the soldiers welfare and train them more on how not to abuse Nigeria car and bus owners on that road as we are still fighting on how Nigeria police find it hard to totally stop the issue of bribe by police on our ways ,if military join systematically, then there is more problem in Nigeria.
