Woman struck and killed by city bus while crossing the street
A 62-year-old woman was killed when a city bus struck her Monday night as she crossed a Brooklyn street, cops said.
Eleonora Shulkina, of Brooklyn, was hit by the MTA vehicle just before 6 p.m. as she crossed East 17th Street at Avenue Z in Sheepshead Bay. The driver of the B36 bus remained at the scene. No arrests were made.Sources New York times
